Munira had a wonderful time visiting and chatting with local independent businesses in Teddington for Small Business Saturday UK, which took place last Saturday 4th December.

Small Business Saturday UK is a brilliant grassroots campaign which promotes small business success and urges consumers to ‘shop local’ and support the small businesses in their local communities. On the day of the campaign, customers across the U.K. show their support for all types of small businesses online, in offices and in stores. Many small businesses also host events and offer discounts. More information about the campaign can be found here.

It is so important to keep small businesses thriving in our communities. Thank you to everyone who got involved in the campaign and to all those who make an active effort to shop local.
