Joining thousands in the march against a third runway – Munira is pictured here with Caroline Pidgeon AM, Vincent Cable MP, former Richmond Council Leader Serge Lourie and Baroness Susan Kramer
Munira was involved in the successful campaign against a third runway at Heathrow which would have seen an entire village obliterated and many parts of South West London suffering even greater noise and air pollution. One of the first acts of the Coalition Government was to scrap plans for the third runway.
